Weighing 5.5 kg and aged for 4 months, Moliterno al Tartufo is perfect both as a table cheese and for grating. It should be stored at a temperature between 4°C and 6°C.

It also pairs excellently with high-fermentation dark beers, rich in strong and persistent aromas, with bold notes of dried fruit, cocoa, or licorice.
