Ingredients

Serves 4:

  • 400g orecchiette pasta,
  • 500 g broccoli
  • garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • grated Central Moliterno cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
Method

Cook the broccoli in plenty of salted water. Once tender, take off the heat and keep its cooking water to cook the pasta in. Finish off cooking the broccoli in a frying pan with oil and garlic. Serve the orecchiette with the broccoli sauce, sprinkling it with a generous amount of grated Moliterno cheese and a pinch of pepper.
