Non-accessible Content 

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004: 

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to users does not have a text alternative that serves the equivalent purpose. 
  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text). 
  • C.9.1.4.4 – Some text, except for captions and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200% without assistive technologies and without loss of content or functionality. 
  • C.9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require two-dimensional layout (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow correctly when the display size is changed by the user agent. 
  • C.9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not meet the 3:1 ratio requirement. 
  • C.9.2.1.1 – Some functionalities are not operable through a keyboard or comparable input method. 
  • C.9.2.1.2 – In some cases, when focus is moved to a page component, it cannot be removed using only the keyboard (or standard navigation keys such as arrow or tab keys), and the user is not informed of alternative methods. 
  • C.9.2.4.1 – There is no mechanism to skip blocks of content repeated across multiple web pages. 
  • C.9.2.4.7 – Some interactive elements do not have a visible focus indicator. 
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) do not have correct or properly set name, role, state, properties, and values, or changes are not communicated to the user and assistive technologies.

This statement was prepared on 21/07/2025. 

The assessment was conducted by a third party through objective and subjective analyses (see Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the EU Commission Implementing Decision 2018/1523). 

The statement was last reviewed on 21/07/2025, in accordance with the recommendation to periodically (at least annually) review the accuracy of the information provided in this accessibility statement.
