Organic pecorino, good as a table cheese or for grating, made with organic sheep’s milk. The paste is white-ivory with a compact structure or occasional holes.
It has a solid, balanced and pleasantly strong taste.
It is characterized by the “Central” brand stamped on all wheels and the shaping of rattan baskets in which this cheese is made.
