Salted pie with spelt and Moliterno Central

6 people ingredients

250 g of spelt, 200 g of fresh ricotta Moliterna Central, 3 eggs, 5 spoons of grated Moliterno Central, one spoon of minced parsley, one spoon of fresh marjoram, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Preparation:
Cut the Moliterno Central in thick slices. Cook the spelt in boiling water for 40 minutes. Strain it and pass it through a blender to obtain mash. Add salt, .pepper and the rest of ingredients. Mix well and pour in a pudding mould with 24 cm diameter circa in which previously you put butter and grated bread. Cook in oven for 40 minutes at 180°C until it becomes gilded.
