Orecchiette with broccoli and Moliterno Central

4 people ingredients

4400 g of orecchiete (a type of pasta), 500 g of broccoli, garlic, extra vergine olive oil, grated Moliterno Central, salt, pepper.

Preparation:
Cook broccoli in plenty of salted water and when they become soft remove them from fire keeping the water in which the pasta will be cooked. Finish to cook broccoli in a pan with oil and garlic. Dress orecchiete with broccoli adding the grated Moliterno and a pinch of pepper.
