"Penne all’arrabbiata" and Moliterno Central

4 people ingredients

400 g of tomato pulp, 500 g of "penne rigate" (a type of pasta), 100 g of Moliterno Central, oil, parsley, two cloves of garlic, a medium size onion, three red hot chilli peppers, salt.

Preparation:
Fry slightly the garlic, onion and peppers in a pan with oil. When the garlic becomes yellowish pour the tomato pulp and add salt. Cook for 15 minutes until you reach a dense sauce. Add the minced parsley and at the end add the grated Moliterno Central.
